PUPPY PRICING AND CONTRACT
Pricing
Because our dogs undergo costly health testing in order to ensure healthy puppies, AND because we pour our heart and time into socializing these puppies well, we currently price our puppies as the following:
Limited Registration: $3000
Full Registration: $4500
-Limited Registration means your dog is AKC registered but no litters produced by your dog are eligible for registration. If you are just wanting a family pet with no intention of breeding, this is the registration you would want.
-Full Registration means your dog is AKC registered, and any of their offspring will be eligible for registration. If you are wanting to breed your dog in the future and be able to provide AKC registration for those puppies, this is the registration you will want.
--We require anyone purchasing a puppy for full registration/breeding purposes, to heath test their puppy prior to breeding : including OFA hips, elbows, cardiac and eyes as well as a DNA panel.
All puppies will be paid for in full with cash or venmo at the time of acquiring your puppy, at around 8 weeks of age
Holding Fee
At the time our litter is born, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to hold your puppy of choice. This fee goes towards the full purchase price, and can be paid via Venmo or cash.
Shipping
We can ship our puppies to you. This will be at the expense of the buyer. Buyer will also pay for the health certificate or any other things the airline requires.
Health Guarantee
Your puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale. Our puppies will be given a head to toe exam at 7 weeks of age by a licensed veterinarian and we will provide a full disclosure of the puppy's health. They will have received their first shots. They will be dewormed at 2, 4 , and 6 weeks of age.
It is recommended you get your puppy into your own vet within the first 72 hours of bringing them home. If your vet discovers this pup has any issue that would deem it unhealthy or unfit for sale while in the breeder's care, the puppy may be returned to us for a full refund of the Purchase Price. Licensed vet must provide a written statement within 48 hours of the exam for this to be valid.
Our puppies have a long term health warranty as follows: We provide a 2 year warranty from the puppy's date of birth against moderate or severe hip dysplasia. In the event the puppy exhibits these symptoms, and breeder is immediately informed and supplied with required vet records including OFA graded x-rays, the buyer may keep the puppy/dog and recieve reimbursement for any veterinary expenses related to the illness (provided that such reimbursements will not exceed the purchase price amount). All Health Warranty is void if buyer spays/neuters puppy before 18 months of age.
No other warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, are made by the Breeder, and the puppy/dog is sold and delivered in an "as is" condition. Once a puppy leaves my care, I no longer have the control over the many factors that can influence its health and development. Including, but not limited to, factors like diet, healthy weight management, excersise, injuries, other environmental factors. This is why our health warranty is limited to the above guarantees.
Your puppy has been loved and cared for by our whole family, including our children. You may contact us at anytime with questions or concerns. We love to hear how your puppy is doing and growing. If by chance your puppy does need to be rehomed, we are always glad to take a puppy back into our home and find it a new family.
